This website is owned and operated by The Game Tree NZ. Throughout our site, including the Terms of Service, "We", "us", "our", etc refer to The Game Tree NZ.
By visiting our site and shopping with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our site.
The Game Tree NZ respects New Zealand law and always fully honours your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.
Refund Policy
In general, we do not provide refunds/exchanges except where required by New Zealand law. This ensures all of our customers are able to receive product directly sourced from industry-leading suppliers, that is guaranteed to have no tampering. The other reason is that collectibles are subject to volatile price movements.
We can not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice or because our price changed at a later date.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please contact us immediately. We do our best to describe product correctly and honestly, but we are humans and mistakes can happen.
We will aways do our best to rectify any issues to the best of our ability.
Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days, but do not guarantee orders to arrive by a certain date. We are not responsible for any loss of sale, income or other damages as a result of packages not showing up by a certain date.
We do our best to package items to ensure that they will arrive in the best possible condition but will not be held responsible for minor damages including but not limited to bumps and dents on boxes. We exclusively offer tracked shipping options and will update you so you can follow your order. We guarantee delivery for all orders - that is included as part of your shipping costs. We use signature required by default. If you choose to request no signature, we can not cover losses to theft after delivery has been made.
Refusal of Service or Limitations
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders without providing a reason. We may place limitations on certain items, particularly allocated product. We may limit products per individual or per household.
Privacy Policy
We collect personal information from you, including your name, contact details, address, purchase and billing information, and your interactions with our website and with us.

Errors
In the unlikely event we have made errors including but not limited to typos on pricing, we will inform you immediately and reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
